The big convention hall is quiet, all around me artists are nervously checking their booths to see if everything hangs straight, and the doors to the Artist Project are about to open.
There is nothing that beats the feeling of anticipation before a big show you’ve spent months working towards. I’ve missed that!
Yes, I’ve done shows here and there since our world changed but they were more intimate and mostly outdoors, nothing like the excitement of 250 bright white booths filled with beauty and joy.
The wait is finally over! On April 21 the Artist Project returns! Yes, we’re a couple of months later than usual and we’ve moved to the Queen Elizabeth Building, but we’re super excited to be back!
After two years of hiding in my studio, I have some amazing new paintings to share with you and I know for a fact that 249 other artists do as well. The 2022 edition of The Artist Project is promising to be an inspiring one!
The prospect of peopling in person is exciting but it also feels a little scary though, right? I feel it too!
I want to make sure that the experience of visiting the Artist Project is awesome for everyone so let’s talk! Maybe we can schedule a specific time for you during which the show is a little quieter, or we can set up a private virtual booth viewing. Let’s find a solution that you are comfortable with!
It will be thrilling to share my art with people in person again! I’d love to welcome you to my booth (708) and tell you some of the stories behind my paintings so please come say hi in booth 708 when you visit the show!
