IKIGAI (生き甲斐)

Ikigai (生き甲斐) was commissioned by my wonderful collector Carolina.

'Ikigai' in Japanese is the meaning of life it is all about finding joy in life through purpose, finding purpose and pleasuring in what you do and doing it well. For many Japanese it is the secret to a long and happy life.

This mixed media painting on wood is created using a combination of image transfer and acrylic paints and mediums. The artwork comes unframed, it is signed on the front and has title, date, artist name on the back and it comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
